Privacy Policy

Early-access notice · Last updated July 2026
Flooey is pre-launch. This notice covers the only thing we collect today: your early-access signup. A full privacy policy will be published before the product is generally available.

Who we are

Flooey ("we", "us") provides business-development software for law firms. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@flooey.uk.

What we collect

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

Why we use it & our lawful basis

We use your email solely to notify you when Flooey opens up and to share occasional launch news. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. The technical data is processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Your signup is stored on our behalf by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., acting as a data processor. We only disclose data where legally required.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until Flooey launches and you either become a customer or ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Anti-abuse logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, or to be removed from the list, email hello@flooey.uk and we'll action it promptly.

Changes

We'll update this notice as Flooey develops and post the date of the latest revision above.
