Flooey is pre-launch. These terms cover use of this website and the early-access list only. Full product terms will be provided before Flooey becomes available.

2. Early access

Joining the early-access list registers your interest in Flooey. It is not a purchase, contract or guarantee of access, availability, pricing or any particular feature. We may change, delay or discontinue the product at any time.

3. Your submission

You confirm the email you provide is yours (or that you're authorised to use it) and that we may contact you about Flooey. You can unsubscribe at any time; see our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

Flooey, its name, logo, the content of this site and the demonstration shown here are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

5. No warranties & liability

This site and any preview are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Nothing here is legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or the early-access programme.
